  • Ensure you are using one of the below browsers:
    • The latest version of Google Chrome or Safari.
    • Internet Explorer 10 or above.
  • If you are using Internet Explorer - ensure it is not set in compatibility mode.
  • Ensure your browser's security settings are set at default level.
  • Ensure your browser's zoom setting is set to 100%.

  • Click the play button to check that you can hear a sample piece of course audio.
  • Ensure the volume is turned up on your computer/speakers.
  • If you cannot see a media player below, ensure you are using a supported browser (listed in the browser section)

  • Ensure your firewall has unrestricted outbound access on port 8443.
  • Add a network threat scanning bypass for to your anti-virus.
